For Matthias Schmidt, Mallorca is not only a place for the real estate business, but also a place of love. With his wife Maria and their son he enjoys in his free time the sunny sides of the charming island, which has become his new home.

Michela Lavezzo is Italian and decided to live on Mallorca over 26 years ago. The beauty of Port d’Andratx captivated her from the beginning and never let go.
She has been in real estate just as long and brings all of her experience to her work and day-to-day operations.

Pascal Becker-Clarendahl has been living in Mallorca for several years and combines his enthusiasm for the island with a strong commitment to service and customer care.

He has been a passionate golfer since the age of nine. Golf has had a lasting influence on him, instilling values such as discipline, fairness and reliability, which also guide him in his daily work.

Maria Schmidt visited the island frequently with her mother in her childhood and fell so much in love with the picturesque places, landscapes and the many sunny days that she decided to make Mallorca the center of her life. Since her youth, Maria has lived firmly in the southwest of the enchanting island, attending international school here and then completing her high school diploma in the UK.
Her extensive knowledge of the language and her love for her new home made it easy for her to decide to enter the real estate business in Mallorca.
Maria has been working in the real estate industry for 17 years and has acquired extensive knowledge during this time. With all her know-how she supports the marketing department of Mallorca Deluxe.
OLIVER LEMANSKI

Oliver Lemanski is an entrepreneurial marketing professional with a strong track record of helping a variety of companies develop or strengthen their corporate communications, identity and brands through leading marketing initiatives.
He is a trained media designer and founded the marketing agency letscommunicate GmbH in Hamburg in 1998, which focuses on the holistic corporate identity of its clients. His strengths lie in the areas of online and offline marketing, strategic brand management, corporate identity, branding and design.
Furthermore, he has experience in modernizing corporate cultures, as well as startup and start-up experience.
He is the founder of the vacation home agency luxus Feriendomizile and brings the know-how gained there since 2007 to the world of Mallorca Deluxe.
